Host went above and beyond for us, useful welcome video with entrances marked. Helped us book our airport taxi.
Clean room, nice powerful shower and quiet rooms.
Only things were the bright fire escape light and the step to the balcony which was close to the bed. Not big deals though

Everything. It’s a new Fitout. Lovely large room. Beautiful shower and bath. Very helpful staff with great communication.

Very friendly and communicative staff. Spacious and clean room. Stay was exactly as advertised.
Great location for onward travel to ferry port.

Slightly noisy from the adjacent street and traffic but this dies down at night.

The room itself looks well done when compared to the building and the surrounding. The staff were friendly and kind. That’s about it !
I booked a junior suite with a lovely bath tub and shower etc .. but I could hardly use the bathroom as the curtains had come off ( I am not so liberal to shower in public and we ok with others having a view of me when I am showering .. so I could not take a shower in this hotel .. very unfortunate).
Second in the room, the coffee maker was not working, don’t think the staff had checked to make sure it was fine.
There is no other service or facility - it’s super basic for the price one pays.
