The hotel staff make this hotel outstanding. Located In the center of the city. Communication was consistent and clear. They helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Michael went above and beyond to get us to a taxi in time for our ferry departure.

Everything was great. Staff was great. Great location. However, hotel does not have an elevator which makes it hard if you have difficulty walking. But for everyone else, I highly recommend it.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet (with shutters closed). The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of shops nearby which was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
