Incredibly clean and comfortable. Large showers. Great location and a three minute walk to the best part of Napoli.
My only complaint is I didn't know about it sooner.

We were given very clear instructions on how to access the property prior to check-in and communication was exceptional. During our stay we had a few queries on trips and scooter hire etc. and the hotel was quick to answer and advice.
The hotel is located in an original residential apartment block with a dubious lobby that was undergoing some renovation during our stay. You are given a code for the main entrance door and another for the elevator which is the same for your room. The access is either by several flights of stairs or a small elevator. The only downside is the elevator up to the hotel which is very small allowing only 2 people at a time. it took a bit of juggling to get all the luggage for the family up to the hotel but this was a minor issue.
We were warmly welcomed by the proprietor and his family and check in was swift. The modern rooms are beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated and quiet. Very comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels in bathroom and great air-con.
Location was perfect, right in the heart of old Naples and a short walk into the main shopping street and tourist area. We enjoyed walking around the maze of narrow streets and finding little gems of restaurant's and bars.
We loved this boutique style hotel and would definitely return.
Could have left enough coffee pods to accommodate the number of guests in the room. Mostly left two pods when there was three guests.
