The history of the property was as special as the staff. The staff was dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. They told us about the rich history of the palace and helped us to enjoy staying in an environment much like a historical museum. The rooms were impeccably clean and the antiques and artworks were gorgeous. It was truly a unique and awe inspiring place to stay during our time in Naples. The location was great for exploring the city and all the surrounding neighborhoods. In addition, the highlight of each day was the wonderful breakfast served in the beautiful dining room. It was a great way to begin each day. Highly recommend this palace!
The only issues we found were noisy traffic on the street that can be heard most of the time as well as the rumble and vibrations of the Metro located below the street level underground.

an experience not to be missed .
Airconditioning is reasonable , difficult to adjust if the temperature outside is very hot.

Incredibly large room in a beautiful historial building in the centre of Naples. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast room is just phenomenal. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again
