Perfect location on our way to Italy, big room and nice Greek restaurant attached to the hotel.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the hotel was great as a pitstop for quality rest during our trip. We arrived late due to a traffic accident and were able to check-in efficiently after closing hours using the key locker outside. Communication with the hotel was very efficient and smooth.
The breakfast was disappointing for us. The description of the breakfast included the option to eat vegan and prior to arriving we additionally checked if this would be possible. To which they replied: A vegan breakfast is absolutely possible – we will gladly prepare a suitable selection for you.
The only vegan option for breakfast was bread with jelly and additionally there was cucumber, tomato and pickles. Although it was possible to eat vegan, I wouldn't come here again. Maybe also they raised expectations by their food description and reply, which were not met.
It didn't seem like there were a lot of people so we can imagine it's hard to adhere to dietary restrictions. Even something small like a soy yogurt, some fruits or a type of savory plant based bread topping would make a big difference. It was also very sad to see almost all meat being left behind and potentially wasted.
If you don't have any dietary restrictions this would be a great stay which I would recommend. But if you have dietary restrictions such as vegan, there might be better options out there.

the interior is a bit dated, the bathroom could use a renovation.

The restaurant that is part of the hotel is a real bonus. Fantastic Greek food, well presented and very tasty. Great service until we wanted to pay. Three times we asked for the bill, when it arrived after a long wait it was just a total, no breakdown of items.
The room was an oven! No air conditioning just an electric fan. I know it was very hot outside but we struggled to sleep. Even more annoying were people in the garden talking and laughing very loudly until 2am!
