About this house rental
Located in Lexington, this lovely house for $222 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The KY Bourbon Suite is a NON-SMOKING Condo completely decked out in the University of Kentucky Wildcats memorabilia and Bourbon! There is a Sub Zero glass front Refrigerator, 8 Burner Wolf Gas Range & oven, Sub zero Microwave Drawer, Dish Washer, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Granite Counter Tops, Gas Fireplace, Exposed brick in back bedroom, Custom book shelves through out the condo, Washer and Dryer, and all the dishes and pots and pans you will need for cooking! Parking is located right outside of this condo. The condo sits in downtown Lexington's Historical District! Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical during their stay as well as $125 Urgent Treatment visits. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required. Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed. Late check out fees: No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon. $50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay. Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends. If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee. Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.

I love this clean, cozy condo. I always stay here when I visit my daughter at UK. It is walking distance to the university, downtown and many restaurants. Bethany is always a pleasure to work with and check in is always easy.

The pros - this property was well maintained and sufficiently stocked with everything needed to stay in for meals and relax if that is what you wanted to do.
The Cons - property is located close to campus which in itself is not a problem, but the result of the location was. The noise was disruptive to sleep as a busy road and upstairs owners were loud. The homeless problem seems to have increased in the area which was troublesome and rather scary - would not recommend being out late in the area.
TVs did not have any cable so we had to use our own streaming service. The dishwasher had to be reset the several times we used it. The shower door leaked water onto the floor. The bed in the spare bedroom was uncomfortable according to the people sleeping in there. There was supposedly a grill which we were going to use but it was around the front of the property up a hill which made it unusable. The parking situation is tricky so make sure you follow every single direction they give you or you will get your car booted.
Based on our experience with the location and the items mentioned, i doubt we would stay again.

We love Lexington, and our visits here are especially wonderful when we can enjoy the convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality of Bethany Elliott’s Kentucky Bourbon Suite, or one of her other properties. We enjoyed a fabulous two week stay for the horse show, and had the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Lexington as well. The Kentucky Bourbon Suite is our favorite!

This beautiful property — all decked out with UK fanfare — is located in the perfect area with an easy walk to UK or downtown. We love this property so much we were repeat customers! We highly recommend it if you are coming into Lexington for a UK basketball or football game … or just for a long weekend!

Just a quick getaway to celebrate an anniversary. Parked the car, walk and Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Clear concise communication. Condo was very clean, bed was comfy, decor was tastefully done with a UK flare. Thank you!

Property was clean and convenient. Only issues were the noisy folks upstairs - kept us up much of the night and the need for heavier curtains in the bedrooms - rooms were entirely too bright due to the streetlight.

With its two bedrooms and two full baths this condo is the perfect size for two couples. Very neat and clean, great amenities, excellent parking and is a 1st floor unit no climbing stairs which is an added bonus. Short walk to many many restaurants and bars great location for walking around very safe. We had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you Bethany and Leslie for making our stay worry free!

Condo was first rate with multiple upgrades with remodel and CLEAN. I am Florida Alum so tough to see all the Wildcat Gear but go SEC. Location was good with walking distances to main areas and UK Campus. BETHANY was a breeze to work with. Thank you.

Great place close to UKy
We were in town for my son's UKy orientation and this lovely condo suited our needs perfectly - and was suitably decked out in Wildcat decor accents. The place was very clean, and the appliances are top shelf. It was only a 10 minute walk to campus, so we didn't have to move the car once we got parked. Great restaurants just down the street, as well. The hosts were very responsive via text to answer any questions. We'll definitely be keeping this our list for future visits!

The property was just as described and it’s location was perfect for us to be able to walk where we needed to go. The beds were comfortable and the place was furnished nicely to be able to hang out together at the end of the day. Would definitely rent again!

Highly Recommend
Great property. Great location if you're looking to walk to the campus area or downtown. Property manager was great to work with. We were having an issue with the key code to get into the property and she had it resolved within a matter of minutes. We would stay again.

Property was very nice and conveniently located in downtown Lexington. Easy access to restaurants and the Rupp Arena complex. The property manager was quick to communicate and ensured a hassle free stay. Would recommend and we'll stay here again!
