Apartment had everything we needed. Pool area was quiet and the host accommodated a late check out. Location was around 10 minutes from the shop, restaurants and beach front.
The apartment was next to the entrance to the complex which would only lock/shut properly when slammed, which was a little bit annoying in the mornings due to the noise.

Location was central enough, a 10 minute walk to the strip. The swimming pool area was very quiet with plenty of pool beds to relax on, which was great. The complex itself was very peaceful, which we enjoyed.
The property was advertised as "no air-con" but included a stand-alone fan. The stand-alone fan was not sufficient especially during the last 3 days of our stay when the temperature was between 31 and 38 degrees. The heat in the apartment was stifling and because of this we barely slept.
I do realise that it's an older building but I think you should consider air-con for the comfort of your guests.
