The property is near the beach, I love the morning vibe here. get out of the bed, downstairs and then your foot can touch the beach:))

A nice terrace (for breakfast) at the back of the hotel with steps leading down into the sea.
Egg , hot dog and toast for breakfast
Comfy bed. Clean room.
Sea view was minimal! You could just about glimpse the sea over a roof! Small room.
Good value for money.
Shower was very poor flow and could hardly even get wet! Air con was struggling and only just making the room cool enough.
Motorbikes hired at the hotel for 500PHP were not in good condition (seat did not shut properly, poor brakes) and only a bike helmet available.
Be aware that there is not much in the area for tourists. Le Bistrot was a good place to eat.
