The staff were warm and friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and the room AC worked great. We also loved the fantastic views... getting a front-row seat to the sunrise right from our room balcony was a wonderful bonus! The large, clean pool was another highlight that we enjoyed throughout our stay.
We experienced low water pressure in our room. While the hotel was fully booked and couldn't move us, the staff were proactive and attentive, they arranged for us to use the pool restroom facilities as a workaround. While not ideal, we really appreciated their effort to assist us.
