Wonderful location, you could walk to almost anything in the area. There's an e-bike station in front of the building too which is very convenient. The studio looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Lovely little space, with a nice view into the city streets. It's well-designed and very comfortable for one to two people maximum.
The kitchen does not have a stove which can be a but misleading so you can't cook anything, but there's a microwave you can use. The AC unit was very noisy so I had to turn it off at night and even with the ceiling fan, it was still very hot (Aug). They offered earplugs, however so you can use those if you'd like.

location
there was any cleaning in all time of our stay. I forgot in the drawer things ( many hair and dentist products) and tried to recover in the days after and never recovered my things! there was a leak in the ceiling and we can hear a lot the noise in the corridors. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is not easy to transport suitcases.it’s impossible to park a car in the area.
