The location was fabulous and the apartment was very clean and modern in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The communal areas were clean and tidy and the keyless system was a great idea. Parking was excellent and right outside the apartment. Beds clean and very comfortable. Plenty of toilet rolls and basic toiletries which was a nice touch. The travel cot supplied had been broken by a previous guest, but was swapped for another within minutes. Really excellent stay.
Ok so I'm only adding this in in the hope that it genuinely helps because we would absolutely come again!.....We booked with children one of whom is 20 months old but there was no highchair so getting her to settle to eat all weekend was really difficult. Whilst the travel cot which was broken was replaced quickly, the new one we were brought was absolutely filthy on the mattress part so we had to clean that before we could put our baby in it. We also had to go buy some cleaning spray and cloths to keep on top of general cleaning in between cooking etc during the weekend. Maybe a few basic cleaning products would be great to add to the property, and definitely a highchair for family stays! Also, the large sliding doors between the living area and bedroom didn't have runners at the bottom, and my little girl kept running into them, I was quite worried they would shatter. I think they may need fixing.

Location: 150yds from Bispham tram stop -trams will take you anywhere from Fleetwood in the north to Starr Gate beyond the Pleasure Beach in the south and all Blackpool stops in between (a 7dy pass will allow you to hop on/off Blackpool Transport trams/buses as much as you like). Easy access to local eating places and Sainsbury's. Property (#2) is clean, comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need for self-catering, has a huge flat screen TV. Access is via door codes which worked well. Customer service is excellent - the owner checked in twice and his assistant 'phoned twice to see if everything was satisfactory. Parking is available at the property.
The £200 security deposit was initially off-putting, but they just freeze that amount on your card till they're satisfied there's no damage then release it again, so nothing comes off your account unless there's good reason to cover any damages.

Clean and comfortable apartment and also family friendly. The Customer Service was excellent. EV charging was very helpful as I drive an electric car.

Nice views of the sea, close to my relations
In the attic room, no lift had to take heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, shower and overhead fans were dirty
