Exceptionally clean, smelled lovely and had clearly been recently redecorated
Couple of minor things only - not all the bedrooms had mirrors, the bathrooms would benefit from waste bins and the lovely bay window in the living room would be more private with proper curtains rather than dress curtains.

I stayed with a group of seven and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. It was excellent value for money, especially given the location — directly opposite a large Sainsbury’s, ideal for self‑catering, and only a short walk to the tram for easy access into the centre. Late‑night Uber rides were around £7 and the tram was £3.50, with deals available.
Parking was straightforward, with space outside the apartments until 9am and additional street parking nearby. Inside, the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were large, and the towels and linen provided were a great extra touch.
I normally stay in high‑quality places, and this accommodation was perfectly suitable for our four‑day trip. What really stood out was the excellent communication and support from the hosts — friendly, responsive, and genuinely accommodating from start to finish. It made a big difference to our stay.
Overall, I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend it.

There was nothing that bothered me about the property. We got exactly what we paid for — it was spacious, clean, and at a standard that matched the price. If anything had fallen below expectations, I would have said so, but I was genuinely happy with the accommodation. I especially loved the large windows in the lounge area, which made the space feel bright and welcoming.

Location was good.
Big sainsburys across the road as well as a couple of convenience stores right outside.
Loads of food options on the same street.
Key lock box was handy.
All the correspondence prior to arriving was spot on, everything you would need to know.
Could really benefit from a new front door lock/new front door.
A YouTube video on how to open the door says it all really 😂.
Couldn't open the kitchen window as it was broken.
Stains on 2 of the bedrooms walls.
Multiple Sections missing from the blinds.
Cobwebs between the toilet and bath (spider included).
If you have a shower it pours out of a pipe outside above the front door downstairs.
WiFi is extremely poor, TV constantly lost connection to Netflix etc.
Not the landlords fault necessarily but in the email received it said we need to be out for a certain time to let the cleaning team in.
It seems like alot was missed by the cleaning team.
