A beautiful apartment in a perfect location, just a stone’s throw from the main train station, yet still very pleasant, safe and quiet. There’s a huge Monoprix right next door, a wonderful bakery just around the corner, the Palais des Festivals just a few steps away, and the Old Town right nearby. Really, everything is within walking distance:)
The apartment was absolutely spotless and equipped with literally everything we could possibly need. And the mattresses were so incredibly comfortable! Until this stay, I thought I had the most comfortable mattress in the world in my own apartment, but after coming back home, I have to admit that mine is terrible compared to the one at the apartment at 9 Rue Buttura. Missing that mattress is genuinely painful;)
Our host, Marie, was wonderful, kind, charming and incredibly helpful. Everything was easy to arrange with her, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
A place we would love to come back to!

Приветливые хозяева. Очень удачное расположение: порядка 300-400 метров до Дворца Фестивалей, столько же примерно до вокзала, 150 метров до супермаркета. Идеальное кондиционирование: не дует и не жарко. Чисто. Тихо. Отличные матрасы и постельное белье. Все работает. В аппартаментах очень уютно.
Один комплект ключей для двоих не всегда был удобен. Мы не нашли крышку для скововороды и кухонные ножницы. Было не очень удобно сушить вещи после пляжа. Но все это не испортило очень хорошего общего впечатления.
