It was a perfect solution for me as a single traveller. Good price and perfect location, simple yet comfortable room with everything i needed and even more (coffee machine in the room and nice courtyard view). The location is perfect with a nice vegan cafe just next door. And most importantly the owner was very kind and made me feel so welcome.

It was located close to the station
Air conditioning didn’t work, had to have the window open but it was very noisy.
Water didn’t drain very well in the shower had to be careful to not flood the floor
