It has good location and have good price to quality proportion.
Maybe two door cards would be good solution to improve comfort.

It was clean and in a good location. For Milan, the price was on the lower end.
Budget room equals budget amenities. Our room was right next to reception and the entry stairwell; the noise from people coming and going was loud. Their check-in ends at 11:00 pm. Our flight to Italy was delayed nearly 2 hours; we had to beg the owner to stay open an extra 30 minutes and hire an expensive taxi (114 euro) from the airport in order to make the (later) check-in time. Thankful he agreed to stay later, but not a nice welcome to Italy.
