All new outdoor weatherproof decking for Spring 2024! We invite you to explore this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach front condo! Island Time is an upstairs condo with 2 sets of stairs inside for twice the view! You are conveniently located downtown at the Villas of St. George with parking right outside your door. The Villa's complex private pool is only steps away with plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a private walkway to the beach. You can add a golf cart, bicycles, kayak, stand up paddle board, beach chairs and more with a discount, please inquire with us when making your reservation for details. On the top level looking out the wide glass doors and windows in the master bedroom, you will know you are at the beach! Completely clear unobstructed views of sky, sand and sea! These breathtaking balcony views are great for bird & dolphin sighting, drone flying, selfies, and more! Balconies from the living room and master bedroom are private with privacy walls on each side. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances pots pans toaster coffee maker it is turnkey. All sheets and towels are provided, beds will be made upon arrival. All T.V.s in the house are HDTV flat screens, and YES! There is FREE WI-FI, cable. Throughout the condo are tranquil shades of blue, grey, and aqua to give a relaxed feel. Decorated with nautical detail to make our guest feel the ambiance of St. George Island. Being a top level unit you’ll have panoramic views and no one walking around above your head. House will be professionally clean upon your arrival and includes bed linens, and towels for your convenience. Contact is available 24/7 during your stay should you need any assistance. In order to save guest money, we do not require you to purchase rental insurance to rent this property; however, we highly suggest you purchase rental insurance to protect your vacation investment.

The place was really nice perfect for what I wanted. The only problem I had was the weather lol it rained the first couple days. I was there, but after that, I had a really good time just hanging out on the beach and enjoying the ocean and the beautiful moon at night, it’s a great place to stay

The location of the Villa was great. The ocean view was perfect. There was some maintenance issues that were reported to the property manager and were taken care of.

There was nothing bad about our stay at all. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed and then some.
Location was great , we could walk to all restaurants and the city center. Views from the 2 decks could not be beat.
Host was very responsive when we had questions and everything was as described.
We literally have not a single bad thing to say about our stay.
We will definitely be back next year

This property is close to restraunts and shops. It has great ocean views from living room and Master bedroom..all rentals are close and lots of fishing in the area. Apalachicola is about 15 min away for great shops and more restaurants and a neat historical town.

Our winter getaway was perfect. Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants and shops. Finding the personal size throws in the closet were just perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the cold and windy weather!

Stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving, 2022. Great location with two beach access points - one for the condo complex and public access right next to the condo. Two balconies provide unobstructed beach views. The condo is well-appointed - particularly the kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. Check-in and communication with property management were easy and we had no issues during our stay.
The location and value of this property are its strong points. You will be within short walking distance of a park, markets, restaurants, and shopping. This is an older but well-maintained condo development. If I had to pick one gripe it would be with the interior of the condo. The couch in the living room has seen better days and some ceiling repair/repaint are overdue.

This was our First Trip to St. George Island. The property location was GREAT! No issues upon arrival. The town is small, so it's close to the grocery, shops, etc. The buildings are older, but still okay. The condo/villa was decorated NICE, we LOVED sitting out on the decks having coffee watching the Sunrise & Dolphins. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Beach Access was a short distance down the boardwalk. You do have to have a gate code which we didn't have. A gentleman at the pool gave it to us so we didn't have to contact the owner. From what I understood, the property manager there on site changes it monthly for security purposes. The pool area was Nice too. We didn't like having to go upstairs to go to the bathroom. Both bathrooms are on the second floor. The master suite bed squeaked every time you moved which was SUPER ANNOYING! The walls are thin, so if you have neighbors you can definitely hear each others conversations. Overall it was a Good Time. My husband & I LOVED St. George Island.

This unit was very attractive, clean, and spacious. Third time staying at the Villas and this was the best yet. Private view of the Gulf where we had coffee watching the sun rise every day. Very short walk to the pristine pool and private entrance to the beach. Host Jerry was prompt in answering questions. Living 1,000 miles away will not keep us from returning to beautiful St. George!

Lovely property, great location very easy booking etc. I just feel this unit has too many stairs for seniors. Big drawback with two bathrooms both upstairs. I would love to stay in this complex again but it would have to be one level walkout.

There was a dark dust on the walls and the popcorn ceiling was covered with think globs of black dust which made the ceilings look black. The air ducts were covered in black dust as well and who know if they were ever cleaned. I check the furnace filter and it was in need of a new one! The walls were in need of washing and painting. There was food and who knows what else dripping on the walls. Multiple nail and screws in the walls upstairs and down that were not even patch. While nicely decorated the furniture was well worn. I never sat on anything because I had to ask myself what I can see ( the filth) is BAD, what is it that I can’t see. There were no covers on the mattresses so no protection from bed bugs. Praise God there was none. After the first night we left we could not stay. The place made my skin crawl. The owner after going back and forth finally gave me my money back.

Great location
This property was very clean and had the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. The owner is quick to respond to messages when you have an issue or request to make stay better. The two decks provide great views of the beach. As others have said there are stairs to enter the living room/kitchen area and another set to the bedroom/bathrooms. Those with issues climbing stairs may find this difficult. Def a place we would consider staying at again.
