Very helpful, considerate and friendly staff.
We paid 300 pounds for one night ( due to air traffic disruption all hotel price were high). it was very expensive for the inn. It’s located in the Pakistani, Indian and Afghan area.

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, right on Southall Broadway with loads of shops and restaurants around, and Heathrow T2 was only around 2 stops away by train.
The room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the hotel itself well kept. Reception was always easy to access when I needed anything and the shared kitchen was useful too.
For the location, cleanliness and service, I thought it was very good value and I’d definitely stay again.
Nothing really. It is directly on a busy high street so there isn’t a private driveway or large drop-off area outside, but that didn’t cause me any issues and I actually preferred being so centrally located.

Very convenient location for shopping and eating in the Indian area of Southall. The value for money is good. Near to the Sikh gurdwara. The hotel staff were very helpful. They (Honey) carried our baggage up and again when we left. The room and bathroom had been renovated recently.
No elevator (stairs only) makes it difficult for seniors or persons with disabilities. The bed was crammed up against the window.
