Very nice hotel

When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no amount of friendliness, politeness or additional services could balance out the absence of microwave and refrigerator in my room. Something that was promised but was not provided. One more thing: the hotel is on a major street and it's pretty noisy even late in the evening. If you need it to be quiet in the evening, this is not a place for you.
