The all-inclusive full-meals formula, delicious and abundant food and its location a few meters from the beach can make it worth your pennies if you speak Turkish or Russian. Rooms are large and most have a balcony, pretty useful to dry wet beach clothes. Otherwise, staff seems nice when you say merhaba to them, but they don't speak any English and therefore cannot help you much, so who knows??

A few things were not only unbelievable but simply not acceptable: 1- The hotel couldn't provide us with an internet connection. We had to go to the beach bar to check our emails or check-in for our flights. They told us the problem would be fixed within a day, it never got fixed in three days. 2- The shower smelled really, really bad. They need to check the pipes as taking a shower was just painstakingly awful just in stepping in. And then you had to wait some 10 minutes to get hot water for a 5 minutes shower. This would be totally normal in some far-away land or simply while camping, but this is supposed to be a hotel in a modern seaside tourist area. Huge waste of time and water. 3- Bedding was just really uncomfortable. We had to put towels on top of the mattress to make it softer. 4- Cherry on top, the staff doesn't speak any comprehensible English, and therefore, without any internet connection to get basic translations, we couldn't get to explain any of the above to the staff, which resulted in no response whatsoever. Oh, and if you're blonde, they'll just assume you're Russian, and therefore speak to you in Russian believing you will understand. Niet guys. Doesn't work. Learn some English, for God's sake. I hope you will be able to translate this to the GM, as we'd like to rebook and give you another chance, but improvements are sorely needed here.
