Upon our late-night arrival at the hotel, we faced the shocking situation of being redirected to an entirely different apartment, not the one we had booked. This change was made without prior notification or consent, causing us considerable distress, especially as we were traveling with two young children and it was extremely cold outside. The host, who appeared inebriated, accused us of stealing his alcohol, which is absurd and baseless. For context, I drove to the location in a car worth more than the value of his apartment, making such an accusation not only false but also insulting. He further yelled inappropriate and worrying remarks about our status as single women traveling with children, highlighting the unsafe environment he created. The situation escalated dangerously when the host physically assaulted one of our group members. We were left with no choice but to call the police for our safety. A police report has been filed against the host, and a legal case for assault is underway. Moreover, I have video evidence of this ordeal, which I am willing to provide. This evidence further substantiates our claims of the host's inappropriate and aggressive behavior.

Beautiful

Beautiful and organized resort, nice host We arrived at 6 am and couldn't reach the exact address. We called the host and he was very friendly and came and took us to the apartment. Nice staff. Nice, tidy and spacious apartment.

There was no cleaning, I stayed in the apartment for a week and it never got cleaned, I asked for the room to be cleaned because I have small children and a small baby crawling but they asked for an extra fee for cleaning, 16 euros cost to clean the room, it was very annoying

The female employee on the phone was very helpful.

During check-in, you will be informed that you will pay extra for electricity. The duvet cover comes off and the stained duvet is exposed.

amazing

i liked the kindness of people looking after the property, they are very nice and responsive. the apartment is big and comfortable, sea view was amazing

Good for a short-term stay if you want to get away from the hustle and enjoy a little getaway

The apartment was very spacious and comfy. The kitchen had almost everything I needed during my 3-week stay here, which is really nice. The TV has an androidTV plug-in, so I could cast my laptop on it and view films on a large screen. Wifi is sufficiently fast for watching online movies and works pretty stable, which was essential for me as I stayed for work and required a good Internet connection. Hotel facilities are well-maintained. Water slides are such fun, even better than the Alanya waterpark, which only had 3 slides working in mid-October. The host is very friendly and welcoming, speaks good English (and they have people speaking Russian if needed). But the real crown jewel of this apartment is the view. Every morning you get out to the balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and old city of Alanya. You have your breakfast outside and just can't help cheering at the sun glares on the sea, absolutely splendid!

Ever had a noisy neighbor? Well, here you will have it every day. Right in front of the building are the coliseum, where kids animation starts at 20:00 and the open air dance floor with music and karaoke ending at midnight. Every day. After 2 weeks this started to really annoy, I managed by closing all windows and balcony door and wearing headphones, but this is not what you expect of such a place. To make matters worse, the hotel owner decided to build new apartments on the roof (I was on the last floor), starting very noisy construction works at 9 in the morning on some days and finishing at sunset. I have to say the apartment host did his best to resolve the situation and even aligned work schedules with my absence in the room, for what big kudos to him. Also worth mentioning that the hotel complex is somewhat far away from everything. Nearest supermarket is 10 minutes walking, nearest decent restaurant is 15 minutes walking. The beach is roughly 20 minutes one-way. If you have rent a car or a scooter, it's not a problem, but worth mentioning.

Very good Aparthotel and the host was very cooperative and helpful.

Ali, who met us and let us into the property was very nice and very helpful. He responded to our requests very quickly and organised an ironing board and iron as there were none in the room. I would recommed staying there if you want to have a relaxing holiday away from the city. Thank you Ali for your help and for being a good host!! We will keep in touch. Best, Ellie

There were some very noisy drunk Dutch people who were at the swimming pool area and that was just too much to handle...Why do people have to behave in this way when they go on holiday...? They disrupted everyone else’s peace who was there. Unfortunately this is nothing to do with the host or the property....so there was nothing we could do but tolerate this nonsense.

I am satisfied with this location. Has a lot of activities for babies.

Good location. The hotel has quite a big territory with pools, pools for babies, and an aquapark. Also, you may use well suited fitness center. The host is very helpful and responsive, all additional requests were fulfilled.

10 Star place! Super amazing! Best in Turkey

WOW! This place is beyond 5 starts. Honestly, words won't describe it. I was suspicious when I booked it here considering the price but oh my what a nice surprise. This is a MUST choose place for every traveler looking for a luxury stay. Amazing rooms. Super clean the whole facility. Everyone is friendly and helps. Seems employees are really happy in the place. We also meet Mr. Mehmet the owner in the pool who came by to say Hi when he was staying there with his family. The food is SUPER delicious. Endless choices to choose and eat from. We even extended our stay. Slides are great. Pools are clean and nice just the water could be a bit warmer maybe. There is shuttle to the city (paid) and free shuttle to the beach. There are stores and shops even Tattoo and hair saloon shops inside. It is basically a no need to leave place! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to everyone!
