We had a wonderful stay at Kaila City Hotel.
The location is absolutely excellent—very central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything, which made our stay incredibly comfortable.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel welcome.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with a perfect location. Highly recommended

Good location, excellent food, great staff, reception staff was very helpful and the room was great.

I liked the staff, very friendly people. Recep was a joy to deal with serving people with a great smile and cheerfulness. The only problem was that for all inclusive, if you miss lunch you have to wait till dinner. Also, everything closes at 11:00 pm.
