Nestled in West Beach, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Livinit is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath beach house with private pool that sleeps up to 18!. If you are looking for some beach life, you will certainly be "Livinit" at the Livinit beach house! "Livinit" is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home that sits directly on the beach and overlooks the white sand and crystal blue waters of Gulf Shores. The home was recently purchased in January of 2019 and was updated with new furniture (indoor and balcony furniture), new paint, new windows/doors, new decking, and more! The first floor features a large kitchen well-equipped for cooking, a dining area perfect for entertaining, a large luxurious living room, a half bath, and a master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a gorgeous gulf view, a king bed, and a private bathroom. Finally, on the first floor is a large covered balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf Coast. On the second floor, guests will enjoy 3 more comfortable bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms have a gulf view, king beds, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has another king bed, a twin over twin built-in bunk bed, and a private bathroom. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Another balcony overlooks the white sand and blue water, perfect for guests to enjoy watching the sunset and spending time together! The third floor features ample sleeping space with 2 queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a stunning gulf view from the top floor! On the ground level of "Livinit," guests will enjoy many amenities. These include a seasonally heated (with fee) private pool, an aluminum charcoal grill, an outdoor wash-off area, and ample parking for 6 vehicles. Directly on the white sand of Gulf Shores, guests can take a walk on the beach or dip their toes in the water right from the house anytime! This house was perfect for a big family it extended family. Kitchen is well stocked!!! Great decks with beautiful views. It was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom. Pool is great too, a nice break from direct sun. We had a few issues with the air but maintenance was very quick to respond and act. My one wish would be to have the beach private in front of our property. We went out early to put chairs directly in front of the house. We will be back with our extended family. Wonderful experience with the management company. Great communication.

The house was awesome. It had everything we needed and expected. The location was great. Close enough to everything and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we get back to Gulf Shores. The property manager was quick to respond when contacted. Thanks for sharing

Perfect for our three families. Had 7 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of space. The house was clean when we arrived. We had some hiccups with the wifi not working and a bathroom fan, but both were fixed promptly. Would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay quite much! This house exceeded our expectations! Very very clean and up to date and especially loved the private balconies for each set of rooms.Each bedroom had its own bathroom so that was a plus.The one n only negative is the beach area is not super large but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again.Also the pool isn’t very big but thts ok we like to enjoy the beach!Would be nice if pool was heated in the evening.Will definitely stay here again!!!Thanks!!!

We loved our stay! Having a private house right on the ocean was a phenomenal experience. What a luxury to be able to go back and forth from the house to the beach in seconds. The layout of the house is fantastic - open main floor, a full bathroom attached to each bedroom, gorgeous decks overlooking the ocean, etc. The kitchen was by far the most well stocked of any rental I’ve experienced. Great communication from start to finish. The clothes dryer stopped working mid-week and they sent someone to repair it the next day. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this property!

Everything as advertised
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. It had so much room. We didn’t even use the upstairs bedrooms. We could sit in the living room and hear the ocean waves. The beach was not crowded at all. Clean and well cared for property. My daughters loved the pool. It was great that it was heated. It was a small pool if you really wanted to swim but it was nice for my 5 and 2 year old to soak her around in as the ocean was cold when we went. The only drawback I would say about the property was that it is kind of far from things. You can’t really walk to anything but it made us feel safely isolated during COVID to not have anyone so close to us. We look forward to renting again.

This property fit 15 people comfortably. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath for the main level. We plan to make a trip back next year and will rent this again. The kitchen had so many cooking utensils and dishes. We had about a 2 mile drive to the downtown area stuff but we didn't mind that at all. If you are looking for a relaxing beach front location this is it.
