This is a nice hotel the staff was friendly, the room was clean with plenty of counter space in the bathroom
It was in a good location
No coffee maker in room (this is the reason for the 8 stars) There is 24 hour coffee in lobby but that means I had to shower, get dressed and go to lobby for my morning coffee and I like to have my coffee while I am getting ready so I didn’t like this inconvenience.
No Ice Bucket in room even though they had ice on every floor. Weird to have ice on every floor no ice bucket. We were on the 4th floor and if I went to the Ice machine in the lobby there were plastic ice buckets but there were non by the ice machine on our floor.

Large clean rooms. Coffee free all day. Great location for BUF airport.
Busy time and desk staff were spread quite thin. Took longer than I liked to check in - as the lady at the desk took a booking call and it was quite lengthy figuring out discounts. Meanwhile I just had to stand there.

Always stay here when back home. Great value for a nice and clean room.
Excessive noise both nights ended up having to leave at 330am since sleep wasn't going to be part of the stay. Would be nice if the breakfast could have dietary restrictions DF/GF options.
