The woman running the front desk was awesome. She allowed me to keep my box of vinyl in a cold area before and after the check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots if remodeling meaning the whole place will be even better.

We didn’t get any breakfast. The lady we turned out key cards into. The next morning was very pleasant. The guy who checked us in was not pleasant at all. We were asking questions about the area. He wasn’t very friendly! I paid for 2 rooms for my family and the bathroom in rm 201 was not clean at all. And those 2 things are the reason why I will not be returning to your motel.
Cleaner bathrooms mop the floors in the bathroom. And the guy who checked us in was not pleasant at all. We will be in Amherst by for 3 weeks. But decided to leave your motel at 8 am this morning. We thought we would try it 1 night to see how the experience would be. Chose to leave.
