The food was good and tasty in most cases. Staff were friendly.

Food at lunch and dinner was not the best. Needs more pasta options, better taste and better deserts. Cinema runs in Turkish only with no English subtitles,

The food was tasty, however the last breakfast there was not much options. Close to ski lift and reception speaks English
The room had a little bit of smell like ski boots but overall is fine. What didn't make it pleasant is spa, when you pay over 500$ a night you expect at least to chill at the swimming pool after the long day skiing, but the pool was cold and to enter you requir to pay extra for a cap. How petty is that, feels like 500 is not enough for them and they try to dig as much money as they can. By the way, Turkish tea is also extra 😀 sauna and Turkish hammam was over crowded and we couldn't even make it to hammam.
