The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating and generally the hotel was good for what it is and has good amenities for couples and families with children.
I went mostly for the diving both here and over at Beqa Lagoon.
After 24hrs of traveling from across the world we had to wait a couple of hours to check-in which wasn't great.
Like some others reviews have mentioned, the property does need some refurbishment – The pools are particularly worn with cracked plaster (especially the adult only pool), however it is a reasonably priced resort so if you are expecting ultra luxury at this price point, then you will be disappointed.

We had a room with see view, great hotel
The weather was cold and rainy, not a lot to do as all our diving were cancelled and there were many events going on (wedding, team building)
We came back one week later for our shark diving which was great

Fijian staff are always friendly and accommodating.
Room was modern and clean .
Food was god standard .
Pool facilities , activities and entertainment was limited .
