It’s an amazing family hotel. So much to keep children entertained and the daycare was amazing. Our bar tender and server in the restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful!
The only thing we didn’t think was amazing was the food. It was good, but not excellent. I think the rest of the hotel outshines and this one aspect is not as great. Particularly lunch which was below average, dinner was average to good and breakfast was great!

The resort offers a wide range of activities for both kids and adults, set in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. Breakfast includes plenty of options, and the staff are very friendly and supportive.
I would recommend this resort for families with children, but not for couples or older guests, as it can be quite crowded and noisy due to the large number of kids.
1. The resort is large, with numerous activities for both kids and adults, yet surprisingly, there is no clinic or nurse on-site—not even a part-time doctor or nurse. For a place of this size and with so many facilities, the absence of basic medical support is concerning. The nearest clinic is a 25-minute drive. 2. No A/C
