We stayed for 4 nights with full pension which was excellent. Out of all amenities, my wife and I liked sauna the most, especially after skiing at the glacier which was awesome but very exhausting. So on the last day we did some Christmas shopping instead in Innsbruck (short drive away).

Nice amenities. Near to cable car in a nice environment. 2 minutes walk to the bus station driving you to Innsbruck or to the Subaital Glacier. Walking distance to Neustift downtown.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The rooms were large and clean. We had the basic rooms which were in a traditional Austrian chalet style, but some people may describe them as dated as they have a 1970s look to them. They had a large balcony with mountain views on all sides and looked out onto the garden area. The WiFi was free and reliable.
Breakfast was served in the large restaurant and offered a good selection of food. They have a chef who cooks eggs to order which were really tasty and fresh.
We didn't eat in the restaurant which offers a 5 course meal every night and so can't comment on the quality.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.
