Logement spacieux, très propre et parfaitement situé au calme. Ménage et serviettes changés tous les jours, clim efficace, fontaine d'eau potable et une super connexion Wi-Fi. Les hôtes sont adorables, très serviables et réactifs. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
L’hébergement est irréprochable et mérite 5 étoiles, mais l'organisation des activités et trajets réservés par leur biais a accumulé les couacs : dès l'embarquement pour Isabela, l'agent sur place, à peine aimable, nous a fait passer devant toute la file d'attente, provoquant la colère justifiée des autres voyageurs, au point que nous avons dû aller le déloger d'un stand de café pour qu'il vienne lui-même s'expliquer ; le lendemain, pour Los Túneles, le pick-up prévu à 7h n'est arrivé qu'à 7h45 sans aucune explication ; enfin, un problème sur la réservation du ferry retour nous a relégués sur de simples strapontins à l'arrière du bateau, complètement trempés par les vagues tout le long du trajet.

Ubicación muy buena, el personal es muuuuuuuy amable (nos encargaron las maletas post check-out 😍🥰) y siempre estuvieron muy pendientes, un mini departamento totalmente equipado, el sofá es comodísimo.

This place was excellent! The location was perfect, it’s in the same building as a bakery that opens at 6 AM. It’s easy to get to absolutely everything. We had a wonderful stay. Best place we stayed at in the Galapagos, highly recommend. They picked us up from the airport, which was a super nice touch.
We did not book any of the tours with the tour agency that runs the place, the prices were more than booking on our own.
Can’t think of anything.

La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable, nos fueron a ver al muelle tras la llegada del Ferry, coordino nuestro transporte de ida y regreso. Nos agrado mucho, y esta en un buen sitio, ya que al frente queda el mercado donde puedes comer.
