Room was cleaned properly. Hairdryer had so much dust and rust. Floor was sticky.

Location was great. Right by the highway and plenty of restaurants close by.

Breakfast service has been “suspended”since before COVID. One of the reasons we chose this location was because they offered breakfast so we could save a little money on our way home.

We checked in and saw our room and checked out. Very dirty and gross place. I wish I would have taken pictures to attach to this to show you that the room didn't look anything like the one on Priceline.

Horrible, dirty, bad smell. Felt dirty just being there.

Basically everything was bad and gross. If I hadn’t been desperate and exhausted, I would have gone back to the front desk and gotten my money back to find somewhere else to stay. Our entire experience was horrid. Upon checkin, we were ignored for several minutes. Checkin itself took way too long. There was an unpleasant smell through the whole lobby. After getting our ‘one’ key, we walked to our room down a dim hallway, peeling paint, half painted doors. It felt so dingy. We got to our room, and the door didn’t even fully close, it jiggles a bit and left us feeling not so safe. We ended up putting a chair in front of the door. We booked a room with 2 double beds. We were given 1 king bed. We made due, since I was traveling with my sister anyway. The room was dimly lit. The fridge didn’t work. There was a hole in the wall. The sink was pulling away from the wall. Hair in the shower and a used razor cap on the tub. Stains everywhere. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Cobwebs in the corners. I have never stayed in such a gross room. We paid $120 for that sad excuse for a room and I am beyond disappointed and upset. That room wasn’t worth $20. They also advertised free breakfast, there was none. However, I wouldn’t have eaten if they did have it due to the lack of cleanliness. And to top it all off, as we were getting ready to leave in the morning, our key card had stopped working completely. And it was still 2 hours prior to checkout.

Close to restaurants and downtown Utica. Priced well for a 1 night stay.

Its priced to reflect condition on the property. Its not the condition of a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. No complimentary food. It is a older late model facility.

Never again - lesson learned!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Room was very dirty ! 1st floor and window did not latch or lock ! Bathroom was beyond disgusting 😒 And the smell was almost unbearable. I have worked as a cleaner many years and would never ever leave a room in this disgusting condition. And the price was very high ! Website pics are very deceiving.

nothing the front desk was rude and he tried to charge me $300 for a room for one night so I booked through the app knowing it didn’t cost nowhere near the price he was giving me then after he seen I booked through the app and it was only $115 he still charged me $150 cash deposit and when I asked for a receipt so I had proof I gave him the cash he told me to give him the keys back and that I wasn’t getting a room there

It was the bomb.

This place was great. I travel alot by myself and I felt very secure, and very comfortable. The staff was able to answer all my questions (i.e. Where is the nearest laundry mat) and was extremely helpful. Always with a smile. The room was very clean and quite. I don't think I have ever had a more comfortable bed in a hotel or a motel ither.

The worst part of the stay for me was the shower curtain was to close to the shower wall which made it hard to move around in the shower.

Convenience is great, cleaning could be better.

The location is great. It was a place to sleep and relax while visiting. Close to everything. A busy road, but not too noisy. Check in was quick and easy.

I asked for a nonsmoking room. There was an odor to the room that made it seem like someone had smoked in there. Also burn holes in the bedspread. Cleaning of the room could be improved.

walking inside it smells like ramen noodles inside. the couch in lobby has large water stains. there are holes in the wall and ceiling. bath tub looks as if they haven’t cleaned it in over a year with the soap scum. the bottom of the door was rotting we were there for 10 minutes and left and supposedly refunded oh and they don’t speak English.
