Clean and comfortable room

Location. Staff was very courteous and helpful!!!!

No daily check of basic needs(empty trash, no facial tissues, and a few other amenities).

No breakfast. Sketchy area. Stay if desperate

The location was very good for traveling and very close to chain coffee, breakfast, and restaurants.The overnight lady was very nice upon check-in.

The walls were incredibly thin. We could hear the neighbors talking in the room next door and also those talking outside in the parking lot and every motorcycle and car pulling in or out. The bottom bed sheet had a dark stain. The shower drain did not drain. There is absolutely NO breakfast - just coffee - and not very good.

Good

The Caucasian gentleman with the bald head at front desk was very nice and curtious.

Can't say much for the other guy. Always complaining on the ohone to someone. If possible, DO NOT get room 118 as you will hear everything from the ice dispenser, microwave, and laundry room.

The price

Dirty shower with long black hair stuck to the walls. Soap scum where previous person set soap down. Bed made a ridiculous metal banging sound every time I moved. Ridiculously thin walls

should have been under 100 to stay here!

old and run down

staff had NO CLUE how to do their jobs. checkin was a VERY long process and no one knew how to print a receipt!

Cyclist friendly accommodations

We were cycling the Empire State trail The days inn was close to the Trail and able to accommodate cyclists at a reasonable price

Convenient stopover on the Erie Canal Bike Trail

This hotel is very accessible form the Erie Canal Bike Trail which were riding. It is a standard Days Inn towards the cleaner more well maintained end. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast is a waste of time.

I was on a trip from Ontario to Mass to attend my Mom's memorial service so The hotel fit my needs

The location was so convenient to the thruway. close to eating places and shopping

the decor is tired and dingy. could use a redo. The breakfast was poor

Okay in a pinch. I’ve determined Wyndham properties are the Allegheny Airlines of their industry.

Price was right, easy to get to.

Loud patrons, noisy doors, minimal sound proofing between rooms.

An ok stay

the rooms seemed clean

the hallway and lobby was dirty which gave us a bad impression. There were a few things like a plastic wrapper under my pillow (?!) but the sheets "looked" clean. everything was a bit wrinkled.
