Breakfast and Bar very nice and inviting
Recieved 2 charges on bill. One for $441.59 and the other for $532.34 Had to call. Person at desk said the $532.34 was for incidents and will be removed credit card. It better be. This is rediculous.

Clean lobby clean room comfortable bed, breakfast was good, more than other hotels offer. Staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile.
We requested a second blanket for our daughter who was using the couch bed but never received one.

Location was perfect for the reason we were in the area. Staff geeked us with a smile and was very pleasant. Libby and hallways were clean. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast good, it was nice to see, hash browns, eggs, bacon and sausage available along with waffles and toast or bagels and hot and cold cereal. A lot of hotels have gone to a more simple menu.
We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
Room door did not close very well, had to push hard and lean against it to get the deadbolt to lock
