Very clean, family run hotel. Good air conditioning. Lovely pool which was cleaned and refilled every day. Good water pressure - the bath filled quickly. Good bus links very near by and buses were cheap - €14.50 pp for 1 week pass. 10 minute walk down hill to the seafront and Aragonese Castle. Good choice of restaurants and bars in this part of town (Ischia Ponte). Reception staff friendly and helpful.
The balcony was disappointing - small, claustrophobic and no view.
No fridge in the room.
Basix breakfast.
Be prepared that it is at the top of a steep hill, which is a hot climb in summer.
There is no view of Aragonese Castle from the hotel or roof terrace.
Our room had a bath with shower head and no shower curtain or screen.

Inizierei a descrivere la meravigliosa struttura dell’hotel dopo la mia permanenza di 16 giorni :
Hotel molto pulito, luminoso e molto ampio con molte aree relax.
Dalla palestra al solarium e in ultima ma non per importanza la meravigliosa piscina con acqua termale pulita scrupolosamente ogni giorno e gestita dal Sig.Agostino, (che ha sempre un saluto, un buongiorno sorridente e rilassante).
Al nostro arrivo (le 17,30 /18,00 circa) ci accolse la Sig.ra Sandra ed il suo staff, informandoci di tutto il necessario.(e aiutandoci con i bagagli).
Dopo esserci messi a nostro agio, si esce per cena ed in reception incontriamo il Sig.Simone, un vulcano di idee ed informazioni sulla movida dell’isola. (E ottima matita nel disegno).
La mattina: il buffet per la colazione è ampio e variegato, stupende torte fatte in casa buonissime, ogni giorno diverse torte fatte dalla Sig.ra Paola da gustare tra un succo d’arancia ed un cappuccino o caffè .
Cornetti,ciambelle,sfoglie e qualsiasi voglia possiate gradire, dal dolce al salato; il Sig.Pasquale saprà consigliarvi al meglio.
Abbiamo passato una meravigliosa vacanza, coccolati a pieno su una meravigliosa isola.
Questo team,staff o meglio queste persone donano la vera identità a questo stupendo stabilimento .
Sempre pienamente disponibili per ogni vostra richiesta.(chiedete a Sandra o allo staff per vari sconti su terme,viaggi in barca o altro, sarà lieta di aiutarvi).
Luogo Meraviglioso Ischia Ponte, vicino a tutto con i mezzi, ma con questo team,questo staff o queste persone, ci resteranno vicini al Cuore.
