We had a wonderful stay at Royal M Hotel. A special thanks to Ms. SAMAYITA for her excellent customer service and for allowing us to view the rooms before check-in. She helped us get two adjacent rooms with an amazing view, which made our family stay even more comfortable. We also appreciate Mr. Raman for the informative hotel tour and for explaining all the facilities before our stay. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We will definitely recommend Royal M Hotel to our family and friends.

There is nothing that I didn't like about but would recommend if they could provide us brochures for lunch and dinner so that we could order meals inside our room.

The reception staff was good.
Maintenance, outside our room, there was a wooden piece hanging out. Carpets are very dirty, need to clean or change
