Accessible location and nearby the grocery and shops.
It's not that we did like it but somehow there is a miscommunication in terms of the amount we have to pay in regards to the amount we booked online.

Excellent stay!We had a wonderful experience at the TIME Moonstone Hotel Apartments. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. A huge, special thank you to Mr. Upkar at the front desk, who was extremely polite and accommodated our request for an early check-in without any hassle. Highly recommended for families and business travelers alike!

We got a free upgrade and this was really nice. It was clean and a huge place for such a good price. It was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen! The staff were great and friendly. The check in and out was easy.
It was a little far from sandy beach...
Breakfast was a little disappointing but still not bad.

The breakfast selection was average and quite limited compared to standard hotel spreads—basics like hot chocolate, cereals, cornflakes, selection of juices were noticeably missing.
However, a special compliment goes to the chef, who personally prepared a fantastic vegetable and cheese omelet for us. That level of hospitality was much appreciated.
As for the location, it was convenient and well-situated.
Check-In & Breakfast Miscommunication: Upon arrival at breakfast, we were initially told that only one person was included according to Booking.com, despite having explicitly booked and paid for a 3-person accommodation. Resolving this required a lengthy discussion before the manager stepped in to correct it, which was an embarrassing and frustrating start to our morning. However, I want to express my appreciation to the lady manager, who resolved the issue very quickly once brought to her attention.
Spa & Wellness Facilities Out of Service: The hot bath tub was non-operational and closed (with a repair notice posted). The steam bath worked on our first day, but on the second day, it was not working. Although we reported the steam room issue to reception and were told a technician would be sent, no one arrived after 30 minutes of waiting, so we had to abandon our plans entirely.
Slow Room Service: Basic amenities were lacking—we were only provided two small water bottles for a 3-person room and had to repeatedly request additional drinking water. But appreciate the behaviour of Ms. Debu, who attended us.
