Poor

Staff are nice Swimming pool is nice although the pool on the top floor was shut

Near the town. Privacy.

The carpark needs to pay. Cause previous stay & different management they give all in. Plus, the deposit is RM300.

good wifi, easy check in/out

room had bugs in the bed and in toilet, parking spot was difficult to reach, tv has no channels and cant browse internet through, there were old clothes in the closet, chair was dirty

Good

Location is good and calm with plenty of green areas around. Service personal at the hotel was great and helpful all the time. Room was spacious and pretty comfortable. In general it's a good value for its price.

For us it was a bit uncomfortable to have so many rules and restrictions with fines in the hotel, it prevents from relaxation. Also we missed some additional towels for a kitchen and hands/face in the bathroom (there were just 2 big both towels). And one hair would be super useful, as the room is for 2 people and 2 of us could not sit at the same time as there is just 1 chair and no other place to sit at all. And one more thing is about the common areas: there are many of them, but they are either not usable at all (like kitchen with no tables and chairs), or are a bit uncomfortable to use (like you have to register yourself constantly, can't drink/eat/smoke there etc.). By the way it would be helpful to have at least one more smoking area upstairs, as it's really bothering to go to the ground flow to the single smoking area each time.

very nice and friendly staff, pretty views with the pools and close location to KLCC

cleaning could be better and the room was having a view towards the other building- not the city view as we had promised

Not a pleasant experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy whenever i toss and turned while sleeping. Also it had one door bell for both apartments on the left and right side. hence, i had to reach for the door each time my neighbor's doorbell rang.

Clean apartment at a good location but expensive parking

Nice and clean room. Basic tv channel only - no Astro neither Netflix.

As usual the 'sinking bathroom' has problem of water ponding due to clogged floor trap. Parking at RM20 PER NITE is ridiculous where as other operators are charging per booking.

the staff had done their best in term of cleanliness however the smell that comes from piping in the toilet area really

the location wise and the warm staff

the smell that came from the piping and the lift is high so it’s a bit scary when it’s going down

Good

I liked the pool, however, we had to pay extra money for each day.

The location is terrible. The only way how to move somewhere is by using the Grab application and taxi. However, it doesn't work during rush hours. Walking was almost impossible since there is no normal way to cross the highway. Public transport is not nearby. Killed the mood for several days when it was not possible to get back to hotel in the evening during rush hour and had to walk several kilometers in rain.

Quite disappointed.

its location is near to KLCC.

The room design is too plain, shower drain is block by hair without doing proper house keeping before next customer is check in. The room is dusty especially curtain and wardrobe. Tap head and shower head are very worn out and hard to control water temperature. Toilet paper is too thin and low quality. Hanger provided are broken. The charge for overnight parking is consider high as l am expecting is FOC for guest.

Will not return here if given another opportunity. Okay but not really satisfied

The room was very spacious. Fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with cooking utensils. Very beautiful

Got few hidden fees. For example need to pay 20MYR for overnight parking. Even need to pay for view at level 48. 10MYR not reasonable for so so view with facilities there not well maintained. They didn’t even mention that you need to pay to go to level 48. The room cleanliness was okay. Trying to hide the worn out dirty couch by putting linen on top. The room was not super clean but acceptable

shower tap not comfortable. heater wasn’t work properly. water didn’t drain on shower area. no parking provided even we booked earlier and put request. so I felt no point to write request upon booking.
