Good service, Comfortable beds.

Check in was easy and the guest service representative was very polite. I also enjoyed the extra touches, such as the welcome bag for Hilton members and our name displayed on the TV in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The wall in the bathroom had redish, brown stains by the light switch. They bothered me so much, I used the small towel to clean them off. If this was something I noticed & was able to clean off, I feel like the cleaning staff should have noticed and cleaned that area. Also, the chair in the room was visibly very stained.

Went to relax and have fun as a family and that’s exactly what we got to do!

Great location to all the beaches. The hotel had a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

Problems since the beginning and staff didn't care

Booking.com gave me problems since Friday evening, Sunday @3 i got to property and management refuse to help me since digital card wasn’t working, spent hours waiting & problem still wasn’t resolved

Very disappointing stay that will not have me back to this hotel.

The location. The Breakfast

Our room floors were filthy. My kids feet were so black from walking on them. The fridge was extremely small and there was no microwave. The pool floors were so slippery, my child fell and busted his head. The manager looked at me like “ what do you want me to do about it?” Management decided later the pool needed to be shut down for an hr to mop up the water, leaving us and other customers pissed off that the kids didn’t get to continue swimming and knew that there would only be one hr left before they closed. The pool should’ve been allowed an extra hr to cover the time it took to mop up the water. This hotel didn’t have the proper necessities to see through not accumulating so much water on the pool floor.

Comfortable and friendly staff.

Check in/out and room was great, breakfast could be better but it’s standard. Love the coffee. The sitting by the pool table could use a good cleaning.

The sausage was pork, would be great if you add non pork sausage. Maybe a waffle maker (just an idea).

It’s a good hotel but customer service was bad

I liked the pool and pool table

Took forever to get a change of towels. Took almost 2 hours after asking to get them. I had to grab some from the cleaning ladies cart.

Un mal hotel que de "Hilton" solo tiene el nombre

La ubicación es buena; el desayuno es aceptable.

Muchas cosas malas: -En recepción no hablan español. -La reserva era de una noche por $104.00 USD y me cobraron $114.00, mi culpa por no darme cuenta en ese momento, después nadie se hizo responsable. -La habitación es muy austera: no tiene microondas, no tiene closet. -El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido y se escucha un ruido de agua corriendo, prácticamente no pude dormir.

Breakfast was poor, TV., did not work We received no help from front desk. We also asked for another room we were told we could not move. I wanted my money back!!!!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really nice also.

I personally asked housekeeping to clean my room on Friday and they did not. On Saturday, we informed the front desk twice that we wanted housekeeping services and they still didn't clean it. So during our whole stay, we never had our room cleaned.

Pictures were acturate and up to date so I was pleasantly impressed.

Good location to the beach. Very clean and attentive employees. I like how they had “Welcome (my name)” on the tv screen when I walked in very inviting

Great customer service, rooms weren’t clean.

All the staff was super nice.

Overall cleanliness wasn’t great. Restrooms were filthy, and room needed more housekeeping.

Kitchen helpers were not friendly; Pool rooms was so hot you couldn’t breathe in there and water was so cold along with so much sand in there.

Will not stay there again, staff not friendly, the whole vibe was not welcoming.

Mold in the bathroom, pull down shade broken, cracked foot holder in shower, dog hair everywhere, pets were allowed and dog hair everywhere and ants everywhere.
