Superb

Large clean rooms. Very quiet location. Very close to restaurants and gas stations

Worst experience

I liked the water pressure in the shower.

Had to pay a $100 deposit that I was not warned about, asked for my card's PIN at check in, no microwave, TV/remote were broken so the volume was extremely loud, ice machine was broken, and breakfast ended at 9 and we were up all night because surrounding rooms had loud neighbors and slamming doors at all hours. It was not an enjoyable experience and was not worth the money spent. Also, pictures of the place were very misleading. When checking out, they refused to provide me a receipt. Not once did the three employees ask how our stay was.

Pillows were too small and too soft. Like sleeping without a pillow.

No more Best Western! No more Booking.com No way to contact Booking.com could only stay 1 night.

The AC was good the linens and personal items were in the room.

Ice machine broken bathroom door didn't close, room was musty and mildewy. We notified them only one night was required. Refused to adjust stay. Have receipt that we checked out on 7/2 The pool was dirty.

The room was big the location was nice an the room was in perfect shape over all best motel I've stayed at .will return again

don’t book to save the money.

the location is great. close to just about everything. the staff was nice and helpful

the room I was in was infested with ants. I had to change rooms because the ants were bad. they got me a new room very quick. the rooms are very outdated and need an update. the room I got switched to was fresh clean and updated very nice except for the ants, though the ac unit barley worked. I had it cranked down to 68° and just barely blew any cool air. the mattresses are just bags of springs and very uncomfortable. The breakfast is garbage. I booked here to save some money but note to self don’t do that again.

You get what you pay for

Clean room , convenient location

Everything was broke or closed. Pool was closed. Ice machine and laundry room were broken. The telephone in the room was broken so you could not call the front desk.

Duh, Noisy, no Ice and no Pool, location great, breakfast great, staff great....

Breakfast was good and the time allowed for it was adequate

Very Noisy, the people above me and also to the side, were partying until 3 am, then the drunkards began arguing and door slamming at 4am, then the noise proceeded into the parking lot, arguing , car door slamming and tire squealing in the parking lot - finally some left and the rest of the night was restful.... Bad timing for me overall I guess, along with a broken Ice machine, was disappointed there was only one on the property - should have been another on the 2nd. floor, but there was not, a place that big needs more than one - case and point here, also would have liked to use the Pool that was one of the reasons I chose this one, the Pool and close to where I needed to be... So you loose a "Brownie Point" for only having one broken Ice Machine, and a Broken Pool - I needed both by the way...

The worst ever

Clean

Front desk staff. Made several mistakes and would not hear me. I was not rude just concerned over their mistakes. Then one of them threatened to cancel my reservation. After they had already charged me twice for the room. Will not stay there again ever. 🙁😡 The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly rooms were clean but it was very hot

It was clean n the pool was nice

Service slow, a/c barely worked, not enough towels, and I rented three of the same type rooms but they all cost different prices

Clean room and good A/C

Had to wait for 90 minutes to check in. Room was not ready. Attended a function after check-in and did not return till midnight and discovered there was no extra sheet or blanket for the sofa bed. Too late to call housekeeping.
