We love meeting new people and are happy to interact with our guests. We have 2 small children that love playing in the backyard and interacting with new friends.
You have full access to the guest house and back yard, loaded with pool accessories/toys.
This Oasis is a place for you to retreat and relax.
15 minutes to the beach and just a couple blocks away from amazing restaurants, the sea wall, bbq, cafes, breweries, TAMUCC, NAS Air Force Base, and so much more. Perfect for weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Corpus Christi has to offer. Very bright and airy with a private keyless entry, detached from the main house where we live. Smart home equipped.

There are 4 driveway parking spots. You are more than welcome to use 2 of them.
**Important:** (Does not apply to Airbnb) We are committed to protecting our home for future guests and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
(Does not apply to Airbnb) You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
POOL: Pool won't be regularly cleaned Oct-March, however if you'd like to use it while you're here, please let us know ahead of time and we will be more than happy to get it ready for you!

I felt very safe here and everything was so cute and comfy. I loved the pool! It was such a nice getaway and I definitely would go back and recommend 100%.
Also there's no microwave which would've been nice but definitely not a dealbreaker by any means.

The property wasnt horrible, but the kitchen has no microwave for convenience. I feel like the decorations were more important then some basic needs. The room had a huge spider we had to kill. We ran out of toilet paper and the property owner had left for the weekend without confirming we had enough supplies.
