Spacious room ,location
There was someone's long pieces of hair on the shower walls. Needed a do not disturb sign cause I got knocks at the door about 9am or so both days from cleaning staff. Don't get me wrong Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.

Location. we went to UNF for our daughter's graduation.
We booked an ADA room because my husband is in a wheel chair. First, the room was on the 4th floor - how do i get him down in case of emergency? Second, the bathroom had a walk-in shower, not a roll in. It was a normal hotel bathroom - no extra room to get around with a wheel chair, no grab bars. Third, the A/C didn't work properly, and it took some time till someone showed up to fix it. They offered us an other room, but the shower would have been a bathtub. The breakfast was underwhelming.
