Location and breakfast
They didn’t respect the Euro price and I had to pay 100€ more because of exchange rate.
They confirmed was not able to apply Euro price.

Hotel decoration is beautiful, big bed and room size is great.
Hotel locations is central but too close to a pub where music is very loud and you can hear it in the room.
Overall rooms need more care in the cleaning. Our room’s walls definitely needed a fresh paint as full of scratches and marks.
Breakfast tables were very limited in numbers. One waiter to handle a breakfast alla carte was not enough.
Staff needs overall to be more welcoming and more to the standard they want to be.
Hotel needs to have also a short park stay where taxi/cars can drop people off without blocking traffic and as result rushing to drop off.
The biggest issue for us was that they charge in albanian lek with a rate that does not exist since years in albania. We had a booking in euro and got charged 100ALL for 1€, while local exchange was 91ALL. So basically overcharged by 10%. After speaking with staff about this issue we were told it is hotel policy to charge in lek (booking local currency was displayed in euro)…got also told that if paid in cash would get a different exchange rate… unluckily for us we were not told this at check in.
This issue definitely ruined our stay.
