Very central location (Pyramid on other side of street), tastefully decorated & comfortable rooms, and nice bar with cool vibe below. Aircon worked very well in keeping room cool during hot weather; with this in use and windows & shutters closed, the room was peaceful at night.
Slight smell from the drains in the bathroom, but not a major problem.

The staff were accommodating and attentive. The location is central and safe.
The third bed in our room was a sofa bed that quite hard and was made by putting together 3 or 4 sections with gaps between them so it wasn’t the most comfortable sleeping experience. Everything else was brilliant though!

Helpful staff, spacious and clean room, great location in the city center and one of the nicest bars in town is practically in-house.
Will definitely stay again.
An elevator would be nice, but no big deal for me.
