Beautiful, Large, Pet Friendly 4 Bedroom House In Desirable West End Location!!!
About this house rental
Located in Provincetown, this charming house for $661 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2000 s.f. home has just been renovated with dark hardwoods in the living areas and bedrooms, brand new furnishings throughout, updates to the kitchen and baths and a new ductless A/C system . The kitchen has been refreshed with white finished solid wood cabinets, walnut stained butcher-block countertops, and new stainless steel dishwasher and accents. The first floor also has a large bedroom, sizable pantry, full size washer/dryer and a full bath with shower stall. The upstairs boasts two large bedrooms, each with a spacious closet and a Jack and Jill full bath with tub. The light filled garden level walkout is a master suit unto itself with a bedroom, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a full bathroom with tub and its own separate exterior entrance. A huge raised deck with both a patio table and chairs and a conversation area with a love seat and club chairs support the outside living. For your convenience there is an automatic generator in the event of a power outage. The property has a spacious, neatly landscaped yard with several mature trees. There is parking for 2 cars only in the driveway. The property is a 10 minute walk to both the Boatslip for T-Dance or to the beach for relaxing in the sun. For accommodations of up to 8 people, this property is perfect for a large group of friends or a family who want enough space to stretch out and relax in a private setting close to all the west end has to offer.

The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely furnished, has everything we needed. Dishwasher was a bit funky but did work. The neighborhood was beautiful and an easy walk into P-town. Just 1.5 miles from beautiful National Seashore beaches

The smell was very apparent when she open the door to the downstairs I did inquire to the manager and he did send some air scent refreshers. I recommend that the rugs and sofa the area in the private quarters be thoroughly cleaned. It was explained to me that the rental is pet friendly however to me that does not give me that should smell like dogs or animals. The dishwasher is a bit fussy to get started and there is no instruction manual available so it would probably be a good idea to add a note along with the other informational. Things posted on the refrigerator. The stay was nice, and the place was very clean and a great location!

Our group of five really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and quaint with a great back deck which was perfect for our morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and just short bike ride into town.

The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet, but still close enough to easily access all there is to do in Provincetown and beyond. Three generations enjoyed the house, with grandparents having their own space on the lower level.

Good for people and pups
We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant, spacious house. The neighborhood is lovely and blessedly quiet, the location is great for town and beaches, and everyone in our party agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept on. Dog-friendly properties aren't always the best for people, but this one was great for humans as well as pups.

With 3 teenagers we often fight over bathrooms and the 3 full baths on 3 separate levels allowed us to get ready much quicker and also spread out. The kitchen had all we could possibly needed. And the location was close enough where you could walk to town but also far enough away where it is very quiet so you could relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be back if you will have us!

Good location with off street parking (huge plus in PTown) in lovely upscale neighborhood and not as far from town as might seem at first - only about a 15 min-ish walk into the center of town - about the same to the various beach access points. The neighborhood streets are surprisingly not as well lighted as one would expect, so carry a flashlight for evening walks home. Full kitchen and laundry make for alternatives to eating out and having to over pack clothes for your stay.

Great house, perfect location
This was a great house for 4 friends and a dog for a week. Perfect size for hanging out, cooking meals, and lots of outdoor space too. The location is quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved being able to get away from it all but still be close. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, etc and having laundry was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Close to the action but not too close
This home was perfect for our group - 6 adults and one child. The property is close enough to walk/bike/drive to town and the beach, but with enough distance that it is quiet and comfortable both day and night. Dan and John were very easy to communicate with when we were coordinating our trip.

Our Perfect House!
This house was utterly perfect for our two small families (one family stayed on the garden/basement level with a kid on the main floor, and the other family stayed on the top floor). It was easy to have our own space and then come together in the comfortable communal areas. The house was beautifully designed and decorated, with a thoughtful eye for detail. (But not at all stuffy: Amidst all the classy decor, there were fun family photos to admire and a Golden Girls 1000-piece puzzle to tackle!) The neighborhood was quiet and we loved walking past a farm with horses on the short walk to town. The homeowners were immediately responsive, which we very much appreciated. My only suggestion (and I'm scrambling to think of one) would be to put a small table in the top floor bathroom as there's not a lot of vanity space to spread out (there is a closet and drawers, though!). We've been renting on the Cape for years and this is the first time we've all agreed we'd love to come back to a particular home. Thank you so much for sharing yours with us, Dan and John!

My friends and I had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful, roomy and well-appointed house. Loved all the interior and exterior spaces. Location is in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood, but still close to the activity on Commercial Street. We had a great time!

Great home, great location!
We (4 couples, 2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay here during Bear Week 2018. Plenty of room to spread out and some great meals at home using the grill or the kitchen. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to very quickly on our bikes, and it was nice being able to retreat from the busy-ness of Commercial St. to this quiet neighborhood and gaze at the stars at night here.
