Central location, very convenient and presents beautifully. Ample sleeping room for 3 adults.
Compact but well appointed for kitchen, bathroom and bedding, washer included.
Directly across from a night bar space which is open until very late. A 2nd fan could be worthwhile for master bed room area. Noting one Dyson fan provided worked tor lounge area very well, bedroom could do with a 2nd fan.

One of the people in charge of the property tried to be helpful.
The mural on the living room wall was terrific.
The appt contained all the appliances one might want (including coffee maker and a small washing machine), and the appliances seemed all new and in very good working condition. The appt was small but well laid out.
The furniture was modern and clean. The decorative touches were tasteful.
With all the lights on and the second bed open (added more white to the room) the apt was bright and cheerful. (See below for when the lights were not on full blast or the second bed was closed.) Except for the mural, the walls and ceiling were painted white, keeping the appt from feeling very closed in.
The Dom Key system did not work. We were able (with difficulty) to get keys from the lockbox but were not able to get second key for days. We were not told that the Dom key system was not working until we asked (over several days) for an extra key. We finally got the extra key when we accidentally locked ourselves out.
The appt and only window (frosted) opens out directly on a walkway. When the window was opened more than a crack, there was no privacy.
The flat feels like a small basement 1-room appt. with a low ceiling and a half-wall separating the living/kitchen area from the sleeping area. The air in the appt was musty. We were able to mostly air it out, using the internal "air conditioner". This machine acts like a fan and air purifier. It does not noticeably change the air temperature. We chose the appt because the advertising said it has air conditioning, and we felt this was misleading.
When the second bed is closed, the "living room" has as furniture a couch at the mural, some boxes acting as tables, and some dinette furniture in a corner. All (except the black marbled boxes ) were beige or clear. With a worn beige rug in the center of the room and nothing else, the first entry into the appt was depressing and we considered moving elsewhere. A more attractive throw rug with more color would make the room more inviting.
The appt advertised free wifi. That was true, but the signal was quite weak and failed completely the last couple of our 10-day stay. The signal was much stronger right outside our appt.

Location was great! The unit was great. Very clean and tidy. Host left us water and a few snacks in the kitchen which was lovely.
There were only 2 bath towels and 2 very small towels, and we were a family of 4. We were there for 4 nights so would have been nice to at least have a few more towels, this was not a serviced apartment, so we had to make do.
