If the Tenant, or any guest travelling with Tenant, tests positive for COVID within 5 days of the arrival date, the rental fee and security deposit will be refunded in full to tenant with proof of positive test results. In this exquisitely decorated two bedroom condo, each room has a state of the art split A/C unit, ceiling fans, cable TV, and 3 private bathrooms, two bathrooms have walk-in-showers, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. As a direct guest of the owner (through this website), you will be provided the best rates and a private check-in that allows you to bypass the front-desk process. All linens are provided. On site amenities include, Tennis, and the beautiful Elysian Pool and Hot Tub. The resort is just two miles from Red Hook, the center of St. Thomas's popular east end activity and ferry transports to the other nearby islands. The Resort: Come and enjoy the exclusive and immaculately manicured Elysian Beach Resort where the aqua blue Caribbean water of Cowpet Bay will be ever present in your views from the living room, the bedrooms, or any one of the three private balconies of this exquisite condo. The Elysian is located just 12.5 scenic miles from the Cyril E. King airport (STT) on the east end of St. Thomas where it rises from its secluded beach to offer a most magnificent setting tucked quietly between the Ritz-Carlton and the St. Thomas Yacht Club. My family and I recently stayed at Nancy’s condo and had a great experience. Nancy was very responsive to my emails and texts leading up to our visit and set us up with a food delivery service so it as stocked prior to our arrival. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The resort property was perfect for us complete with a great pool, beach and delicious restaurants where kids could play in the sand. Highly recommend (especially for families with young kids) and would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo with my in-laws and three children (ages 5, 7, and 9). The check-in and check-out processes were simple and quick and Nancy was a fantastic host! I had to reach out to her about a few items, and she was very quick to respond and always helpful.
The condo was more spacious than we expected, and the kids loved the large pool and beach. We hope to stay here again in the future!

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of sesting inside and on the 3 outdoor decks. Minisplits for air conditioning were wonderful. The grounds were lovely and maintained very well. The pool was in great shape. The staff in the main building are friendly and helpful.

The resort is beautiful with a beach bar and restaurant on site which were both very good. The on-site beach is beautiful and sandy. There was snorkeling on the left side by the rocks which was very good. The resort felt very safe. We would have like to have a safe available in our room for when we were away. There were a couple maintenance issues that needed to be resolved such as no hot water in the master (water heater had to be replaced) and some mold on the ceiling. The property manager was very responsive and got the issues taken care of swiftly which we appreciated. She did offer us to switch to one of her other condos, but it was a nice gesture. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here 9 years ago. I think we were one floor up last time.
The good: owner super nice and fast to respond.
The bad: condo is in need of a lot of TLC. Appears black mold on ceiling in king bedroom in two spots. Water got turned off on us. We left snorkel gear home and did not have. A Complete set in condo. Very low water pressure. Internet was hit and miss.

A lot of steps u and down. 28 up and down to get to parking lot not including steps down and up to each. So make sure you have done a lot of stairs at home before you go.

This condo fit our family’s needs perfectly! Nancy was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had any questions. Location is amazing and we were able to easily get a taxi daily to take us to different beaches. The pool and restaurant on site were the perfect amenities to my family with young children. Highly recommend!!!

This was a great condo, right by the beach, 2 restaurant options on property. Cooked several times while we were there and had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Was nice having private balcony along with the one off the living room.

Location, location, location!!! Best side of the island, safe, close to Red Hook Ferries, shopping and abundance of beautiful beaches and great snorkeling.

For anyone renting a car - there's a $200 cleaning fee penalty if you're not able to clean out all the sand.....I recommend renting a Jeep - so much easier to vacuum rubber mats vs. carpet.

This was a great quick trip and the rental was good. The owner was excellent with communication and the condo was in good shape. We found the overall property excellent (especially the Caribbean Fish Market (on site restaurant)). The other restaurant was very average (Sangria’s). The beach was clean and there were ample chairs and palm trees for everyone (for those of you who love shade). The pool and hot tub were wonderful. This condo overlooked the parking lot which was not overly noisy at night to our delight. One small issue was that the restaurants trash/dumpster was just diagonal to the condo…. This meant a noisy trash pick-up each morning (anywhere fro 6am - 8am). If you are in the deck at that time then you will be hit with some unpleasant smell…..but that is only when it hit us….it did not smell rest of day. There were some other small issues when we arrived, no keys were inside (the very responsive owner quickly resolved this), the ice maker was broken, and the ice machine that was provided by the resort must have been removed. If you like ice….make sure you buy a bag on the way there. All appliances worked well except that the heat markings on the stove top have all worn off (low, medium, high, double burner, etc)….this left us with a little guess work when cooking. If you are bothered by security issues, neither bedroom sliders (on to their balcony’s) locked. All the recommendations made by owner were good. We were happy with recommended taxi (Junior’s) and fishing charter (DoubleHeader). Lastly, we appreciated the owners attention to WiFi….especially since it reached the beach.

The property was gorgeous, with breathtaking views! Just like the online pictures! All of us needed some time away from our hectic schedules to unwind and relax. Nancy’s condo provides just that space. She was easy to work with and responsive to my inquiries. Would definitely consider staying at this property again!

We liked the location near Red Hook and the resort worked well for us. Great beach and nice pool along with a very nice restaurant and bar on the property. The room was very nice and typical of a beach condo. If we come back to the island we might very well stay here again.

This was a beautiful resort and wonderful views of Cowpet Bay. This was our second time renting with Nancy and she was wonderful plus accommodating when she could. We hope to return again to St Thomas.

Clean, friendly, owner was amazing through the whole process, answered questions, made sure we knew all the information we needed before we got to the island and was available throughout our stay. The condo was right on the beach, beautiful views, restaurants and outdoor bars all within walking distance, security after 6 pm to get to the condo for everyone’s safety, would absolutely stay here again. Grocery stores, Kmart & Walgreens not that far away. Beach was always clean and not busy. Very relaxing.

We loved Nancy’s place. Clean, spacious, beautiful property with several balconies to watch the rain showers. The beach was small but had plenty of chairs and the beach bar right there. Easy check in, ate at Sangrias multiple times and it was always good with very friendly staff. Also had a great meal at Carribean Fish market. Magens Bay was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful beach bar. Taxis are expensive, we didn’t rent a car due to the windy roads so bring extra cash. Take the ferry to St John’s- Trunk Bay was stunning. Would definitely go back!

In addition she gave us info on the best companies to use for transportation and other things. Location was close to Red Hook which is really nice for travel to St. John and other Islands. We didn't spend much time at the resort but when there we enjoyed the beach bar (surprisingly good pizza) and the size of the condo

The unit is huge with great beds and good views of the ocean. Some features are a little dated but nothing extreme. The only real issue we had was the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking. It eventually got fixed, but not until the day before we left. Nothing more Nancy could have done to expedite this. She was on top of things

Nancy’s condo was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, just like the pictures, plenty of space for 3 adults and a pre teen. The view from the Balcony was 10/10. The check in process was a piece of cake. There are some stairs, but it was fine. I highly recommend this condo. Nancy was on top of her game with communication we were so thankful!

Our family of five stayed at Nancy's condo during Christmas vaction week. The room was exactly as described with plenty of room for our family to spread out. Three bathrooms were a treat after a long day at the beach, no one had to wait for a nice cool shower to wash off the sand! The condo has everything you will need and more. Nancy was super resposive to any concerns or questions I had before and during travel. We found the location to be perfect, rented a car for the week, and visited all the places we wanted on the island. The only problem we had were the no seeums on the beach at dawn and dusk. We were all eaten alive the first few nights, then decided it was much more comfortable to watch the sunsets from the beautifully spacious balcony in the unit! My advice stay off the beach at dawn and dusk and you will never have any complaints. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. We would love to return again someday.
