Breakfast OK. Rooms very clean and tidy
There were no facilities for a cup of tea/coffee, there was no fridge either. The rooms are a little spartan for my taste and not well illuminated. The mirror in the bathroom is too deep in the wall and far away. I had to put my eye drops and I had difficulty with both mirrors: the one in the bathroom because of the distance: once I removed my glasses I couldn't see and the one in the bedroom because the light above was too dim. I found the area around the hotel not attractive. You definitely need a car.

The hotel is very easy to find and has a large secure car parking available. The staff speak excellent English and are very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant is good value for money and serves good food.

Cleaned
No landline in the room ! If the guess needs emergency help ! They will not be able to contact the reception. For guess with medical issue that could be very challenging!

Rooms were fine and had walk in showers. Épernon was not a tourist town but we were welcomed into a local bar. Breakfast was a small buffet
Which was well maintained. There was a restaurant with reasonable prices.
On paying our bill we were surprised to see 4 menus on the bill. We explained that we had had 4 plats and 2 deserts. The manager said he would investigate. He refused to reimburse us saying the staff had said we had had 3 courses each. We asked what they thought we had and he has not replied to this. We KNOW what we ate and do not like being disbelieved. This has left a bad impression.
