We had a lovely stay at Sele House. The house is very clean, cute, and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms. The location is great—within easy walking distance to town and very close to the fun night market, which we really enjoyed.
The host was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with ferry tickets and giving excellent recommendations for restaurants and nearby grocery stores, which made our stay much easier.
If I were to suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be to switch the bedding sheets to cotton for added comfort, and to add a few more spoons and bowls to the kitchen. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Good room and bathroom. Very helpful staff.
The location is not great for the city centre, you have to cross some big roads.
There is no breakfast on site, but the staff were very helpful and arranged for us to get pho and coffee delivered.
Most staff do not speak English, which makes communication harder. But we managed to understand each other with Google translate !

Close to restaurants, night market and not too far from downtown Ha Tien. Hotel was clean and staff was very responsive.
Room #201 on the top floor had air conditioner problem and could not cool down to desired temp all night. The shower area was very tight. Toilet seat will get wet after a shower. We reserved a family room with 4 queen beds and a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms were smaller than what we expected.
