Super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. They helped me arrange a few things that I was having difficulties with, extra thanks. Location is great, room was clean and comfy. If staying in Ha Tien, this should be the place.

Un magnifique chat enchaîné H24 dans le couloir… le patron nous a vendu des billets de bus 12 USD alors que ça coûte 4 USD (premier jour au Vietnam, maintenant on ira directement à la gare) - chambre un peu angoissante, pas de fenêtre.
