Everything. The house was a great blend of historic and modern . Its location near the woods was great for the dogs . Its location in town was great. Near the supermarket, the ice cream parlour and eating places. It would be a great place for a family or two couples. . The access to the A75 is excellent. Cant fault how clean and tidy it was. Yet it had some nice homely touches.

Superb location with access to all parts of Dumfries and Galloway - lovely wooded walk just opposite the cottage and also a SPAR shop across the road for all our supplies. Enjoyed the Mill on the Fleet gallery/shop/cafe just behind the cottage.

Lots of charm- great location.
Was November and a cold snap, heating easy to use and was in use often but needs a draught excluder at the back door.
