10/10 — absolutely amazing!
I originally booked a room at Rooftop Tirana, but one day before my arrival, Katrina messaged me to say they had decided to give me an upgrade (night in Moonlight Apartment). I was a little sceptical at first… but OMG, what a surprise!
This was the absolute highlight of my stay in Albania. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, brand new, incredibly comfortable, and the design is just WOW. Huge respect to the interior architect — the room was stunning!
Katrina was also incredibly kind and helpful. This place is a true gem right in the heart of Tirana. I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back!

From location, host communication, cleanliness, balcony, comfort, check in/check out process, laundry facilities everything was super good.

The only thing I liked was it's location to restaurants.
Upon booking, staff advised me to cancel my original reservation on booking.com for an "upgrade" at a higher price. After three nights, I was abruptly told to relocate due to double booking-a completely unacceptable situation after paying more for my stay.
Key Issues:
*Security Concerns: No digital record of my booking exists aside receipt of payment, creating a significant security risk. I felt so unsafe that I had to wedge my key in the lock and place a chair against the door throughout my stay.
*Poor Service: I was exhausted when notified of the relocation and given only two options: move to Room 4 or transfer to a different property entirely. The apology felt inadequate given the disruption.
*Substandard Amenities: Room 4 lacks a smart TV (no Netflix, Prime Video, etc.).
*Safety Hazard: The balustrade on Apartment 1's balcony is dangerously low-avoid using it.
As a tourist, this experience left me anxious and disappointed. I cannot recommend this property.
I was about to ask the cleaners to blink twice if they feel safe maybe that's just me being paranoid.
